At Piqua Champion Foundry we pride ourselves in providing innovative foundry experience and solutions to the iron casting industry. Piqua Champion Foundry, established in 1920, was a pioneer in the conversion to no-bake molding. With over 35,000 square feet under roof, we produce gray iron castings from 20 to 1,500 pounds, with capabilities up to 4,000 pounds, from short to long runs, in classes 20 through 40. Ductile iron castings from 20 to 800 pounds in 65-45-12 and 80-55-06.
